Research on Relations of Mobile Phone Addiction, Time Management and Academic Performance of Vocational College Students

It’s a common phenomenon for college students using mobile phones, excessive use of mobile phones can affect physical health, mental health and professional study.It researches mobile phone addiction tendency, time management tendency and academic performance of 350 vocational college students. The research results show that 18% of students are prone to mobile phone addiction, the scores of male students are less than female students; There is a significant relationship of mobile phone addiction, time management and academic performance. Time management tendency plays a full mediating role between phone addiction tendency and academic performance. By improving time management ability, the negative impact of mobile phone excessive use on students’academic performance can be reduced.
