    Research on Application of Progressive Evaluation in “Double High-quality” Construction

    • The plan for the construction of high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics is an important plan for the development of higher vocational education in China in the new era. The implementation of “Double High-quality Plan” aims to fully implement the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on vocational education, implement the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform, accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system, promote education reform, strengthen the weak links of talent, and promote the highquality development of vocational education. The progressive evaluation method is a piecewise and progressive evaluation method optimized on the basis of the traditional evaluation method. Compared with the result evaluation method, the progressive evaluation method has many advantages, such as dynamic evaluation of construction status, progressive revision of construction targets, segmental evaluation of construction process and progressive prediction of construction effect. It is necessary, feasible, forward-looking, scientific and rational to apply the progressive evaluation method to the state evaluation of “Double High-quality” construction.
