Analysis on Construction Path of High-level Specialty Group Based on Sydney Accord Field

The construction of high-level specialty groups is the core of the construction of “Double Highquality” in vocational education. The Sydney Accord is the paradigm of international engineering and technical personnel certification. Based on the analysis of three core concepts and seven construction standards of the Sydney Accord, ten perspectives of high-level specialty group construction are found. In this perspective, based on the water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering specialty group, it explores and analyzes the implementation path of the high-level specialty group objective task and provides reference for other high-level specialty group construction.
