    Design of Four-axis Servo Controller Based on PIC MCU and MCX314

    • With the improvement of industrial production precision and speed, the existing motion control system is difficult to meet the production requirements. To solve this problem, a four-axis servo controller is designed with PIC24FJ256DA210 as the main control chip and MCX314AL as the digital signal processing chip developed by NOVA Electronics Co., Ltd. The motion controller can realize 2/3 axis interpolation, arc interpolation, linear acceleration and deceleration, S-curve acceleration and deceleration, external pulse drive, limit origin detection, emergency stop detection and other functions.
