    On Real Estate Measurement of Rural Houses Based on Oblique Photogrammetry

    • The rapid development of UAV oblique photogrammetry 3D modeling technology provides a new technical means for real estate survey.Taking the measurement project of real estate of agricultural houses in a certain area as an example,UAV was used to acquire data,Smart3D software was used to carry out encryption and 3D modeling,and finally the agricultural houses real estate elements were collected in EPS software,and the precision of point position and side length was checked.The result of checking proves that the precision of point position and side length collected by this method meet the requirement of specification.
