Exploration and Discussion on Deformation Control Technology of Shield through Existing Tunnel under Silty Clay Stratum

The construction deformation control of passing through the existing tunnel underground is an important guarantee to ensure the safety of shield construction. A range in Zhengzhou subway shield tunnel project as the research background, it analyzes the shield construction of strata deformation inducing factors. In view of the deformation control problems of silty clay stratum shield, it puts forward the construction control technology of the shield tunneling parameter control, mud, synchronous grouting and secondary grouting control, and combined with site test results of shield construction deformation control effect.
