    Exploration on Talent Cultivation for Industry-Education Integration Based on School-Enterprise Community of Shared Future

    • The industry-education integration model based on school-enterprise community of shared future is the ideal form of school-enterprise cooperation, embodies the educational philosophy of modern vocational education, and contributes to the consistency of school-enterprise value orientation, win-win interests of school-enterprise and all-round integration of school-enterprise. There are still some problems in the running process of higher vocational colleges, such as the mismatch between professional talent cultivation plan and industrial demand, the mismatch between professional teachers and enterprise masters, and the mismatch between teaching process and enterprise production process. In the process of talent cultivation, specialty groups should pay attention to the introduction of enterprises into schools, introduction of schools into enterprises, cooperation and construction, industry-education integration, “Study, Do, Innovate, Match”, etc., implement the dual-subject education of schools and enterprises, improve the quality of talent cultivation from the root, and solve the problem of “Two Sides” of talent cultivation on the supply side and the industrial demand side.
