Abstract
In order to improve the quality assurance and evaluation of higher vocational education, promote the quality development of higher vocational education. Based on the fourth generation evaluation theory, it analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation process of higher vocational education, such as too strong administrative color among evaluation subjects, lack of coordination and communication between stakeholders in the evaluation process, and too much emphasis on quantitative information in evaluation methods. It focuses on enhancing response in the design of link, emphasizing interactive negotiation of process, and emphasizing multiple integration of method to explore and research the enlightenment and suggestions of the fourth generation evaluation theory to the quality evaluation of higher vocational education.
