Research on Water Allocation of Jiaojiang River Basin Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Taking Jiaojiang River basin as the research area, according to the amount usable of basin water resources and the control index of total water consumption, it comprehensively considered the water resources endowment, water supply security, economic safety security, food safety security, water use efficiency and benefit, planned water demand and other factors. Based on the water allocation index system of analytic hierarchy process, according to the calculation of the allocatable water in the study area, it determined the share of water used for domestic production in each county-level administrative district.
