Research on Calculation Method of Check-sluice Discharge Based on PSO-SVM Model

In order to improve the calculation accuracy of check-sluice discharge, a calculation method of discharge based on PSO-SVM model is proposed. The calculation principle and method of PSO-SVM model are analyzed. The hydrologic data of a check-sluice for one year are used to train and calculate the PSOSVM model. The results showed that the PSO-SVM model could be used to calculate the check-sluice discharge and had high calculation accuracy. However, when the measured samples are not enough and the discharge is large, the performance of the model is poor.
