Evaluation of Water Ecological Civilization of Zhengzhou City Based on ANP-Comprehensive Index Method

Taking Zhengzhou city as the research object, the evaluation index system of urban water ecological civilization was constructed, which covers 5 criteria layers and 25 indexes, including water resources security, water ecology and water environment, water conservation, water management and water culture. The network analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each index, the interpolation method was used to calculate the standardized value of each index, the weight value of comprehensive index and standardized value. The comprehensive index of water ecological civilization in 2013,2016 and 2019 were calculated and compared. The results showed that before the implementation of water ecological civilization construction in Zhengzhou city (2013), the comprehensive index of water ecological civilization was 0.551 5, belonging to the medium level. After the implementation, the comprehensive index of water ecological civilization in 2016 was 0.764 9, belonging to the good level. The comprehensive index of water ecological civilization in 2019 was 0.887 4, belonging to the excellent level.
