On Supply-side Reform Path of Cultivating Cross-border E-commerce Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on 1+X Certificate System

The implementation of 1+X certificate system is an important project to promote the high quality development of vocational education. Taking the implementation of 1+X certificate system as an opportunity, and aiming at the contradictions of poor talent supply, mismatch of supply and demand structure and dislocation of supply and demand in cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges, the deep-rooted reasons such as the lack of top-level design in the talent cultivation system, the lack of power in the integration of production and education, the lack of practical platform, and the lack of practical skills of teachers are identified. In order to improve the cultivation quality of cross-border ecommerce talents, it is proposed that schools and enterprises jointly build a “1+X” cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation system, a win-win mechanism of diversified cooperative production-education integration, a “1+X” practical course system of production-education integration, and a high-level “Doublequalified” cross-border e-commerce teacher team.
