Exploration and Analysis on Upgrading Dilemma and Solution of“Double High-quality Plan” Construction Colleges

Based on the development indicators in the annual quality reports provided by 32 vocational undergraduate colleges, it collects multidimensional and variable development-oriented indexes such as teacher staff, talent cultivation and social service benefits to clarify the reality of the development of vocational undergraduate colleges.Based on the development indexes and typical experience practices in the annual quality reports provided by the five “Double High-quality Plan” construction colleges in Fujian Province, it sets standards for vocational undergraduate colleges.It also puts forward measures to innovate and expand school-running space, carries out new interdisciplinary cultivation projects, builds a pyramid structure of top talents, and innovates the integration model of production and education.To solve the bottleneck problems timely in school-running space, discipline construction, teaching staff, integration of production and education of the “Double High-quality Plan” construction colleges to seize the opportunity of“upgrading”.
