Safety Risk Assessment of Water Conservancy Engineering Operation Management

Water conservancy engineering are faced with various complex safety risks in the process of operation and management. Proper identification, assessment and effective control of these risks are the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of water conservancy engineering and maintain public interests. From three aspects of personnel, organization and technology, a safety risk evaluation index system of water conservancy engineering operation management is constructed, which includes 13 indexes, and an entropy－fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the safety risk of operation management of 10 small reservoirs in Ma'anshan City. According to the evaluation results, the corresponding management suggestions are put forward.
