    On Dilemma and Paths of Vocational Education Serving Rural Talent Revitalization

    • Rural revitalization needs vocational education to lead the way. As a type of education spanning "education", "occupation" and "industry", vocational education has unique advantages in serving rural talent revitalization. With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and the upgrading and integration of rural industries, rural revitalization has put forward higher requirements for vocational education's academic degree talent cultivation and non-academic skill training. Vocational education should closely link with the actual development of rural areas and proactively implement supply-side reforms by increasing the number of talent supply to rural areas and improving the quality of talent cultivation for rural areas. This will provide continuous talent support and intellectual support for rural revitalization.
