    Research on Digital Management System for Flood Control, Drought Prevention and Emergency Response Based on B/S Architecture

    • Aiming at the issue that the conventional management approaches for flood control, drought prevention and emergency response are hard to achieve efficient, precise and timely responses, a digital management system for flood control, drought prevention and emergency response based on the B/S architecture is investigated. The technical features of this system is analyzed, and the framework system, common business components, application management platform and development functional structure of the system are deliberated.
