    On Optimization Strategies for College Students' Career Planning and Employment Guidance Courses in the Context of "Delayed Employment"

    • As the "Delayed Employment" phenomenon becomes increasingly prominent among contemporary college graduates, the traditional career planning and employment guidance courses for college students are confronted with formidable challenges. It delves into the factors contributing to "Delayed Employment" among college students. By systematically examining the relationship between "Delayed Employment" and career planning and employment guidance courses, it aims to put forward targeted adjustment strategies to enhance the effectiveness of these courses. Specifically, the proposed strategies include: updating course content to better meet the educational requirements of students; refining course management mechanisms to maximize the functionality of the courses; implementing multi-dimensional integration approaches to expand the reach and influence of the courses; building a diverse and highly qualified teaching faculty to ensure the quality of teaching; and formulating individualized job-seeking plans to encourage graduates to enter the job market earlier.
