    Exploration and Practice on “Three Teaching” Reform Based on Specialty Teaching Resource Base

    • Specialty teaching resource base plays an important role in leading the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of talent cultivation. Based on the Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Specialty Teaching Resource Base and intelligent vocational education cloud classroom, it analyzes the teachers’ team construction of and the teaching material reform, constructs four new types of classroom, including virtual simulation classroom and craftsman workshop classroom and so on, expounds the implementation path and evaluation method. Through giving the teaching reform achievements of the Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute by relying on the resource database, it provides reference for other teaching reforms.
