    Design of Higher Vocational Oral English Classroom Teaching Based on New Constructivism

    • It is feasible and necessary to use the new constructivism theory to guide the higher vocational oral English teaching reform. Based on the practice of higher vocational oral English teaching, the oral English teaching design is carried out according to the seven key words of the new constructivism learning theory, which mainly includes creating real teaching situation; guiding students to search effectively and learn to choose topics and contents related to the industry; choosing teaching content related to the specialty; guiding students to learn how to share, cooperate and communicate freely in oral English;guiding students to learn to innovate in the communication process; guiding the students to reconstruct the existing knowledge. The oral English classroom teaching design aims at improving the quality of higher vocational oral English teaching and achieving the student-centered and ability-oriented teaching goal.
