盐酸头孢吡肟与精氨酸共沉淀行为研究

    Study on Coprecipitation of Cefepime hydrochloride and Arginine

    • 摘要: 通过改变盐酸头孢吡肟和L-精氨酸的摩尔比,采用共沉淀的方法制备出了一系列组合物,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、红外光谱(IR)和X射线粉末衍射(XRPD)等技术对产品的组成及结晶情况进行了研究,结果显示:在采用共沉淀方法制备的组合物中,盐酸头孢吡肟和精氨酸的摩尔比与投料的摩尔比基本相同,即得到的共沉淀产品为固体溶液,而不是共晶。均一度测试表明,以各种投料比制备的产品均匀性均优于市售物理混合产品。

       

      Abstract: By changing the mole ratios of Cefepime hydrochloride and L-Arginine,using the coprecipitation method,it prepares a series of compositions.The composition and the crystal mophology of were studied by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),Infrared spectroscopy(IR),X-Ray Power Diffraction(XRPD).The results showed that mole ratios of Cefepime hydrochloride and L-arginine in the coprecipitation product were the same as the feeding molar ratio,which declared that coprecipitation product were solid solution,rather than cocrystal.It turned out that the uniformity of the coprecipitation product was higher than that of the commercial product.
